CHAPTER 5
I am near the exit just a few steps away and I'm there. Suddenly I tripped from a small rock. The bear was quickly approaching.
Then I heard a gunshot. There was an old man standing there pointing his gun in my direction. He purposely missed the bear.
He yelled out to me and said, "hey kid, yee alryt?"
I answered, " Yes sir, thank you for saving me back there."
"*chuckled* Haha, just a few mor' yee be his dinner for the da', say mah boy or ar' yee a fem? what are yee doing in the cave. It's dangerous to enter into one." he said.
"I'm not sure whether I'm a boy or a girl." I answered.
"Hah?! *chuckled* just look below if whether yee hav' that ahem.. or not,"
"But sir I don't had it or the other one. I don't know what am I or who am I."
The old man look at me with such pity. He held out his hands and said "Come her' mah boy, lets jus' say yer a boy although yee also kinda look like a fem' kinda reminds me of me kid."
I was kinda dumbstruck at the old man for making that kind of remark. I never thought that talking to another person would be this fun.
"Hey kid, hurry up. I'll take yee wid' me, meet my daughter. I'm sure yee wil' like her."
This would be exciting. I'll be meeting another person. After some minute we arrived in his house. It was kinda quiet. I guess no one was here to welcome us.
"Hey Tifanny, yee home?" he yelled. "I guess she must be sleepin'. She's always tired from work. Make yee self at hom'"
I looked around his home and saw some bunch of picture. There was a man and a woman and a baby in there. The man must be the old man and the baby must be Tifanny and the woman must be his wife. I kinda envy them. They are a family while I'm an unknown specie who can act like a human and understand there language.
"Hey you! who are you? You're trespassing in our home?" I turned around and saw the man in the picture pointing a gun at me.
"Are you with the old man?"
What is he saying? Isn't this the old man home?

Chapter 4
It was getting chilly as I went higher and higher. There was no end to this. Camping was also difficult. The land up here was never flat. I had to look for a cave to spend the night. The food was even scarce. Not many foods grow in much higher places. I could here howling and growling of some residence here living in the mountain. I couldn’t even blink I was too scared to go to sleep. Shelter was even difficult. It was always raining and the wind was too strong to build a camp.
I always stop whether there was a cave nearby and have a break there. The air was getting thinner as I go higher. The supply of liquid was getting lesser and lesser. Could I even make it to the top before running out of water?
As I took shelter in one of the cave, I took notice of the great sky and the green field. The sun was setting. I needed to start building a fire. The wolf howled, the owl looked for preys, and the bear growled. The growling seems to be getting stronger. I was just hallucinating. But a very large figure appeared in front of the entrance. it had glowing red eyes, sharp teeth which is enough to tore my limbs apart. I started running to the inner area of the cave. The bear came after me. I can’t believe it, I was running for my life again.
The cave gotten darker as I went in further, the bear was getting faster. Any minute now I’ll be his dinner for the day.
I was too scared to look back at those large teeth. I had my eyes closed or was I? it was too dark to see but as I slightly open my eyes a saw s dim light at the end. Maybe if I ran toward it the bear would leave me alone.
With all my might I ran as fast as I can towards the light. Just a little further I would be free!!

CHAPTER 3
Every day and night, I was tormented by my own persona. I avoided looking at my own reflection. I was just lonely and that’s all there is to it. I walked further but still there was no valley or any large land bodies in sight.
Was I being tricked like what I seen in the water just a mere illusion? I was about to give up until I saw something so far and so beautiful. Was that a mountain?
I ran toward it as fast I could. And the thing seems to get closer and bigger. No tree or vines or animals stepped in the way of my running. I was too excited to think if that really was the so called valley. Even though the night was near I was still running as fast as the day I wanted my freedom. I was getting even closer but that thing seems to be getting even more enormous. Is this what I’ll need to cross to get to the village?
I stopped for a while a prepare myself to climb that “mountain”. If I go around it, it might take forever to get to the other side. I couldn’t see the end of the mountain. I just spoiled my excitement
The night has come. I also prepared my camp and my fire. I was too exhausted from that excitement. I really thought that I was really a pinky close. But the thought of meeting my kind sort of excites me, how should I introduce myself to them? “Nice to meet you, I’m …” I forgot I don’t have an identity.
I couldn’t sleep I just stared at the dancing fire in front of me. I thought of a name for myself. What name should I give myself? But I don’t what sort of name my kind uses. Maybe I’ll just use the name I heard. I was smiling to myself and I felt the drowsiness already so I guess it’s time to sleep. I’ll prepare my stuff to tomorrow also for the hiking.

chapter II
Everyday was always a struggle for survival. Everywhere I went there was always a sense of danger in the air. The chill, I always felt ever since I escaped. I never thought that my destination was very far. There were no mountains or valleys in sight. Was I being cheated?
I settled down near a lake. I drank some water then look at my reflection. All I see was a human with long brown hair who is as skinny as a bone but why is my reflection smiling at me?
“Nice meeting you.” Someone just whispered to me. I looked around but I sense no one presence. The voice whispered again, “I’m really glad that we have met.”
I looked at my reflection and it seems like my reflection just spoke to me. I asked, “Who are you? Why do you look like me?”
The person answered, “I am you but at the same time I am not.” My reflection answered my question back. I was puzzled by his answer but before I could ask again my reflection said, “I was always beside you, every since you were born. My presence was not known by you but I had always protected and watched over you.”
I was protecting myself? Ha ha ha… My reflection continued, “I was the one who help you escaped from your cage.”
Cage? Was I trapped before but why don’t I remember ever escaping from a cage. My reflection added, “I was also the one who help you kill all of those foolish people who played as like little lab rats.” My knees were shaking. I can hear the jittering of my teeth. I was to frightened to hear more of the lies I just heard. I ran as far as can my legs carry me.
I ask myself who was that? Who was I speaking to? I knew I was getting crazier everyday. Maybe I was speaking to myself because there was no one else to talk to. That’s right… myelf… ha ha ha… My eyes felt heavy even though it was still broad daylight but still I closed my eyes. I was too tired to think and to tired to pity myself.

My Story Begins Here. . .
Run Run Run… I know for sure I need to run. I couldn’t look back. I know they surely would hunt me down. I don’t know for how long or how far I run but my I must escape for my life is at stake. I couldn’t breathe properly. I haven’t caught my breath yet. I can’t feel the pain for every scratch I made or the bruise I created. I sense someone was watching me I need to escape and I need to escape that gaze.
Finally I was far from where I came from. Finally… It was already dark. I need to make myself a camp.
It was chilly that night. All I had is tattered clothing but I don’t feel cold. I already prepared a fire to keep me warm. I lied down and looked at the stars and named every constellation present that night. Funny..? How did I know their names?
Huh..? I don’t have a name at all or a past, all I remember was I needed to escape from them. Them..? Who are them? I was going crazy. The pressure and headache seems to be saying something to me but I can’t figure it out. I didn’t have an identity. Am I real? Do I even exist? Ha Ha Ha… Why am I laughing? Huh? Are these tears? They seem to have fallen on their own.
I woke up the next day; the sun has yet to rise. I seem to have cried myself to sleep. But I needed to walk further more. It was lonely and hot while walking. But urgh! Why does my head hurt again?! Go find the butcher across the valley. Some one just whispered me my destination. Huh? My headache also disappeared.
And so my journey begins here.
